Shipping Costs


  1. Standard Shipping:

    • Calculated based on package weight, dimensions, and destination. Final cost displayed at checkout.

    • Free Shipping Threshold: Orders over [Amount] USD/EUR qualify for free global shipping.

  2. Express Shipping:

Package Tracking

Customs & Import Duties


  • Customer Responsibility: Import taxes, VAT, or duties are the recipient’s obligation per local regulations.

Receiving & Inspection


  1. Fragile Item Notice:

    • Jian Zhan teacups are handmade ceramics. Shipping risks exist despite protective packaging.

    • Critical Advice: Inspect the package for damage upon delivery. Refuse acceptance if damage is visible and document with photos.

  2. Damage Claims:

    • Submit an unboxing video and photos of damage within 48 hours of delivery for a free replacement/refund.

    • Claims filed after 48 hours will not be accepted.



Failed Deliveries


  • Incorrect Address: Customer bears redelivery costs or refunds exclude original shipping fees.

  • Unclaimed Packages: Returned items will be refunded minus round-trip shipping + 20% restocking fee.



Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays/losses caused by:

  • Customs inspections, regulatory changes.

  • Natural disasters, strikes, pandemics.

  • Carrier system failures.
