Return authorization
Conditions for return: The product must be requested within 7 days of receipt (14 days for returns without reason in the EU).
The product must be unused, undamaged and in its original packaging
State the order number and the reason for the return.
Products that cannot be returned: Customized products (engraving, special glaze, etc.).
Special sale products (products clearly marked as "final sale").
Returns for reasons for which the customer is responsible (e.g. dislike of a different glaze color).
Return Process
Submit a request: Log in to the "My Order" page of the official website or contact customer service to submit a return request.
When signing, you must provide an unboxing video or a photo of the outer packaging (when it comes to damage claims).
Review and confirmation: We will review and email the results within 2 business days.
Once verified, the return address and logistics guide will be sent.
Returning the goods: Use the original packaging or equivalent protective materials for the return shipment, and it is recommended to take out transportation insurance.
After shipment, please provide the return logistics order number for tracking.
Refund processing: After receiving the return and checking the goods, the refund will be processed within 7 working days (original payment method).
If the goods do not meet the return conditions, they will be returned with a 20% repackaging fee deducted.
Treatment of damage or quality problems
Damage in transit: Damage found during signing: refuse on the spot and take photos for safekeeping, contact customer service for a free return.
Damage detected after signing: Send an unedited video and photos of unpacking within 48 hours.
Processing defects: Differences in natural glaze texture (e.g. uneven distribution of rabbit hair) are not considered quality issues.
