Specialized service: "Ceramic Priority Line" for high-value/fragile shipments (reinforced packaging + insurance).

 

Shipping costs

Calculated based on package weight, dimensions and destination. The final cost will be displayed at checkout.

Customs & import duties

 

Responsibility of the customer: Import taxes, VAT or customs duties are the obligation of the consignee according to local regulations.

Receiving & Inspection

 

Fragile Item Notice:

 

Jian Zhan teacups are handmade ceramics. Despite protective packaging, there are shipping risks.

 

Critical note: Check the package for damage upon delivery. Refuse acceptance if damage is visible and document this with photos.

 

Claims for damages:

 

Submit an unboxing video and photos of the damage within 48 hours of delivery to receive a free replacement/refund.

 

Claims submitted after 48 hours will not be accepted.

 

Failed deliveries

 

Incorrect address: Customer is responsible for the cost of redelivery or refund excluding the original shipping charges.

 

Unclaimed packages: Returned items will be refunded less the outbound and return shipping charges and a 20% restocking fee.

 

Force Majeure

 

We are not liable for delays/losses caused by:

 

Customs inspections, changes in regulations.

 

Natural disasters, strikes, pandemics.

 

System failures at transportation companies.
