Acceptance of the conditions

By accessing or purchasing products from https://www.teabowlculture.com/ (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to them, you must not use the Website. We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time.


Eligibility

    Commercial resale without prior written consent is prohibited.


Product information

  • Jian Zhan Variations: Handmade ceramics may have natural variations in glaze, color and texture typical of traditional craftsmanship. Product images are for reference only.

    Customized orders: Customized engravings or designs cannot be returned unless defective.



Orders & Payment


  • Currency: Prices are quoted in [USD/EUR/GBP/etc.]. Exchange rates may apply.

     

    Taxes and Duties: Customers are responsible for import and customs duties and VAT (clearly indicate if you are responsible for these).

     

    Order confirmation: Orders are not binding until payment has been confirmed.




Shipping & Risk


  • Carriers: Shipping via DHL/FedEx with shipment tracking. Delivery times are estimates.

     

    Loss/Damage: Contact us within 7 days of delivery for damaged items. Provide unboxing video/photos as proof for free replacement.

     

    Undeliverable packages: Refunds exclude original shipping charges if caused by an incorrect address.





 Returns & Refunds


  • 7-Day Return Policy: Unused items in their original packaging may be returned within 7 days.

     

    Exclusions: Final sale items (e.g. personalized/custom pieces).

     

    Refund Process: Refunds issued within 14 business days after inspection.

  • All content (images, text, logos) on the Site is owned by [ Tea Bowl ]. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

     

    Jian Zhan's designs are protected under copyright and cultural heritage laws.
